AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District to execute Amendment No. 7 to Contract E-
231 with Consoer, Townsend & Associates, Consulting Engineers, for
the preparation of an operation and maintenance manual for the
Secondary Treatment Facilities to the Lemay Treatment Plant.
WHEREAS, changes in Federal laws and resultant En-
vironmental Protection Agency rules, regulations and guidelines
have necessitated this Amendment to said engineering contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute Amendment No. 7
to Contract No. E-231 with Consoer, Townsend & Associates,
Consulting Engineers, for preparation of an operation and
maintenance manual for the Secondary Treatment Facilities to the
Lemay Treatment Plant.
Section Two. The Amendment No. 7 to the contract
authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall be comprised of
such terms and conditions as are approved by the Assistant
Executive Director and General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 1981.
