AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 270 of
Riverview Gardens, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement in the north fifty feet (50') of the south 100 feet
(100') of Lot 270 of Riverview Gardens, as recorded in
Book 2765, Page 454 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 1981.
