AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Westport
Crossing Amended Plat One, Plat Two, and Plat Three, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
Those easements in Westport Crossing Amended Plat One, as recorded
in Plat Book 188, Page 14 of the St. Louis County
records; in Westport Crossing Plat Two, as recorded in
Plat Book 189, Page 10 of the St. Louis County records;
and in Westport Crossing Plat Three, as recorded in
Plat Book 200, Page 58 of the St. Louis County records
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 20, 1981.
