AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 533 (Marbury &
Laconia) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 533 (Marbury & Laconia).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 533
(Marbury & Laconia) shall be as follows:

MARBURY AND LACONIA
A tract of land in St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwestern corner of Lot 17 of "PATTERSON
ACRES", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 47 of the St.
Louis County Recorder's office; thence northwardly along the
western line of said "PATTERSON ACRES" to the southeastern corner
of Lot 18 of "PATTERSON ACRES NO. 2", a subdivision recorded in
Plat Book 69, Page 5 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office;
thence westwardly along the southern line of said "PATTERSON ACRES
NO. 2" to the, southwestern corner thereof, said point being in
the northeastern line of the Burlington Northern Railroad,
Incorporated (formerly known as the St. Louis - San Francisco
Railroad and Frisco Railroad), 100 feet wide; thence
northwestwardly along said northeastern line to its intersection
with the southeastern line of Ringer Road, said point being the
southernmost corner of property conveyed to St. Louis County,
Missouri, by deed recorded in Book 5299, Page 215 of the St. Louis
County Recorder's office; thence northeastwardly along said
southeastern line of Ringer Road to its intersection with the
north-south centerline of Section 3, Township 43, North-Range 6
East, said point being in the eastern line of Parcel No. 1 of
property conveyed to Suntide, Inc., by deed recorded in Book 7135,
page 1583 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence

southwardly along said north-south centerline to the southeast
corner of the southwest 1/4 of said Section 3, said point being
the southeastern corner of the aforementioned Parcel No. 1; thence
southwardly along a straight line to the intersection of the
original centerline of Patterson Road, 40 feet wide, and Marbury
Drive, 50 feet wide; thence southwardly along said centerline of
Patterson Road to its intersection with the eastward prolongation
of the southern line of property conveyed to Mississippi River
Transmission Corporation by deed recorded in Book 5501, Page 375
of the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence westwardly along
said eastward prolongation and along said southern line to the
southwestern corner thereof; thence northwardly along the western
line of said Mississippi River Transmission Corporation property
to the northwestern corner thereof, said point being in the
southern line of Lot 17 of the aforementioned "PATTERSON ACRES";
thence westwardly along said southern line of Lot 17 to the point
of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1981.
