AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-seven Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($37,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance, and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used to pay the
District's share for the construction of storm sewers, together
with repayment of the cost of engineering and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project in
Frontenac Forest Subdivision, in the City of Town and Country,
Missouri.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-seven Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($37,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance, and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers, together
with repayment of the cost of engineering and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project in
Frontenac Forest Subdivision, in the City of Town and Country,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1981.
