AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Two Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-three and 40/100 Dollars
($2,973.40) from the Fee Fee Connection Charge Account to be used
for additional costs in the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 536 (Topping Lane - Southwest), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Nine Hundred
Seventy-three and 40/100 Dollars ($2,973.40) is hereby
appropriated from the Fee Fee Connection Charge Account to be used
for additional costs in the construction of sanitary sewers in
Subdistrict No. 536 (Topping Lane - Southwest), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1981.
