AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Forty-four
Thousand Dollars ($144,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the construction of
storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Larry Del #8504 (S-
1224, C-704), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute Fifty-seven Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($57,600.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Forty-four
Thousand Dollars ($144,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Subdistrict Operating Fund to be used for the
construction of storm sewers together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Larry Del #8504 (S-1224, C-704), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1981.
