AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifty-one Thousand One
Hundred Fifty-nine Dollars ($51,159.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
the Maintenance Department for the supervision, labor, and
equipment cost for the summer gabion projects known as: 1220
Elkart, 1310 Hendrick, and 1364 Hudson Hills in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the sum as hereby appropriated will be
apportioned among the aforementioned projects as follows:
1220 Elkart $19,651.00
1310 Hendrick 16,093.00
1364 Hudson Hills 15,415.00
$51,159.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-one Thousand One Hundred
Fifty-nine Dollars ($51,159.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to the Maintenance Department for the supervision, labor,
and equipment cost for the summer gabion projects known as: 1220
Elkart, 1310 Hendrick, and 1364 Hudson Hills, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1981.
