AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eleven Thousand Eleven
Dollars ($11,011.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of North Affton to the Maintenance
Department for the supervision, labor, and equipment cost for the
summer gabion project known as: 8010 Joel Avenue, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Eleven Dollars
($11,011.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of North Affton to
the Maintenance Department for the supervision, labor, and
equipment cost for the summer gabion project known as: 8010 Joel
Avenue, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two: This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1981.
