AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Nine Thousand One Hundred
Forty-eight Dollars ($9,148.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to the
Maintenance Department for the supervision, labor, and equipment
cost for the summer gabion project known as: 9526 Anchorage, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand One Hundred
Forty-eight Dollars ($9,148.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Gravois Creek to the Maintenance Department for the supervision,
labor, and equipment cost for the summer gabion project known as:
9526 Anchorage, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1981.
