AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-eight Thousand
Eighty-two Dollars ($98,082.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to the Maintenance
Department for the supervision, labor, and equipment cost for the
summer gabion projects known as: 1096 McKnight Orchard, #2 Glen
Creek (Part I), 1485 Dearborn, 415 Springcreek, 23 Narragansett,
#2 Glen Creek (Part II), and 48 Beaver, in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the sum as hereby appropriated will be
apportioned among the aforementioned projects as follows:
1096 McKnight Orchard $18,634.00
#2 Glen Creek (Part I) 18,295.00
1485 Dearborn 15,246.00
415 Springcreek 11,858.00
23 Narragansett 11,858.00
#2 Glen Creek (Part II) 11,858.00
48 Beaver 10,333.00
Total $98,082.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-eight Thousand Eighty-
two Dollars ($98,082.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to the Maintenance Department for the supervision, labor,
and equipment cost for the summer gabion projects known as: 1096
McKnight Orchard, #2 Glen Creek (Part I), 1485 Dearborn, 425
Springcreek, 23 Narragansett, #2 Glen Creek (Part II), and 48
Beaver, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1981.
