AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 560 (Audjill
Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 560 (Audjill Drive).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 560
(Audjill Drive) shall be as follows:
AUDJILL DRIVE
A tract of land in St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southernmost corner of Lot 2 of "AUDJILL
TERRACE", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 4 of the
St. Louis County Recorder's office, said point being in the
northwestern line of Lot 4 of said "AUDJILL TERRACE"; thence
southwestwardly along the northwestern line of said Lot 4 to the
southwesternmost corner thereof, said point being in the northern
line of property conveyed to Lester J. Kehrt, (also known as
Sylvester Kehrt) and Mildred A. Kehrt, his wife, by deed recorded
in Book 4889, Page 404 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office;
thence westwardly along said northern line of said Kehrt property
to its intersection with the eastern line of Tesson Ferry Road,
State Highway Route (21) FF, as established by decree in
condemnation, by Cause No. 275828 of the Circuit Court of St.
Louis County, Missouri, said point being 70 feet east of the
centerline of Tesson Ferry Road, thence southwardly along said
eastern line of Tesson Ferry Road a distance of 140 feet to the
northern line of Butler Spur Road 60 feet wide (also known as
Butler Hill Road, Relocation) said point being in the northern
line of property conveyed to St. Louis County, Missouri, by deed
recorded in Book 6286, Page 775 of the St. Louis County Recorder's
office; thence eastwardly in a straight line, along said northern
line of Butler Spur Road and along its eastward prolongation to
its intersection with the southwestern line of Lot 7 of said
"AUDJILL TERRACE" said point being distant 16.90 feet
northwestwardly of the southernmost corner of said Lot 7; thence
southeastwardly along said southwestern line, a distance of 16.90
feet to the southernmost corner of said Lot 7; thence south-
eastwardly and parallel to the southwestern line of "TOWNE SOUTH
PLAT 3", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 108, Pages 50 and 51
of the St. Louis County Recorder's office, a distance of 170.00
feet; thence northeastwardly along a line being 170.00 feet
southeastwardly of and parallel to the southeastern line of said
"AUDJILL TERRACE", a distance of 239.62 feet to its intersection
with said southwestern line of "TOWNE SOUTH PLAT 3"; thence
northwestwardly along said southwestern line, a distance of 170.00
feet to its intersection with said southeastern line of "AUDJILL
TERRACE", said point being the westernmost corner of Lot 324 of
the aforementioned "TOWNE SOUTH PLAT 3"; thence northeastwardly
along the northwestern line of Lots 324 through 327 of said "TOWNE
SOUTH PLAT 3", to the northernmost corner of said Lot 327, said
point being the easternmost corner of Lot 11 of said "AUDJILL
TERRACE"; thence northwestwardly along the northeastern line of
said Lot 11 to the northernmost corner thereof; thence
southwestwardly along the northwestern line of said Lot 11 and
along its southwestward prolongation to its intersection with the
southeastward prolongation of the northeastern line of Lot 13 of
said "AUDJILL TERRACE"; thence northwestwardly along said
southeastward prolongation and along said northeastern line to the
northernmost corner of said Lot 13; thence southwestwardly along
the northwestern line of Lots 13 and 14 of said "AUDJILL TERRACE",
to the westernmost corner of said Lot 14; thence southeastwardly
along the southwestern line of said Lot 14 and along its
southeastward prolongation to the southeastern line of Audjill
Drive, 50 feet wide; thence southwestwardly, northwestwardly and
southwestwardly along the southeastern, southwestern and
southeastern lines, respectively, of said Audjill Drive, to the
westernmost corner of Lot 2 of said "AUDJILL TERRACE"; thence
southeastwardly along the southwestern line of said Lot 2 to the
point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1981.
