AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company, for the construction of storm sewers in Twin
Pine-D'Evereaux (S-1564, C-796), in the City of des Peres,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Twin
Pine-D'Evereaux (S-1564, C-796), in the City of Des Peres,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 14th day of May, 1981,
and formally executed on the 19th day of May, 1981, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1981.
