AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 1 of Golfview, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
A 10 foot easement in Lot 1 of Golfview, a subdivision
in St. Louis County, Missouri, located parallel to and 45.54 feet
Southwest of the Northeast line of said Lot 1 from a point 11 feet
Northwest of the Southeast line of said Lot 1, to a point 15 feet
Southeast of the Northwest line of said Lot 1 of Golfview, a
subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 186, Page 64 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1981.
