AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for additional costs in connection with the construction of
storm sewers in Glen Forest (S-1647, C-780), in the City of Ladue,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for additional costs in connection with the construction of
storm sewers in Glen Forest (S-1647, C-780), in the City of Ladue,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1981.
