AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc., for the construction of storm sewers in Wheaton #2425
(S-1694, C-802), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth and Sons, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Wheaton #2425 (S-1694, C-802), in St. Louis County, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to
bids received and opened on the 18th day of May, 1981, and
formally executed on the 26th day of May, 1981, by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1981.
