HomeMy Public PortalAbout04402 O R D I N A N C E NO. 4402 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 524 (Kinswood & Forder) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 524 (Kinswood & Forder). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 524 (Kinswood & Forder) shall be as follows: KINSWOOD & FORDER A tract of land in St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southeastern line of Kinswood Lane, 20.46 feet wide, also referred to as Avenue "H", with the northeastern line of Lot 3 of "SUBDIVISION OF THE MEHLER ESTATE", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 17 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office, said point being the westernmost corner of property conveyed to Peter T. Bruck and Diane G. Bruck, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 6423, Page 771 of the St. Louis County Recorders office; thence northeastwardly along said south- eastern line of Kinswood Lane to its intersection with the southwestern line of Forder Road, 75 feet wide, as established by decree in condemnation, being Cause No. 450012 of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri; thence southeastwardly along said southwestern line of Forder Road, 75 feet wide, to its intersection with the southwestward prolongation of the northwestern line of property conveyed to Harry Lammert and Ethel Lammert, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 1575, Page 486 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence northeastwardly along said southwestward prolongation to the westernmost corner of said Lammert property; thence northeastwardly along the northwestern line of said Lammert property, a distance of 175 feet; thence southeastwardly along a line being 115.40 feet southwestwardly of and parallel to the northeastern line of said Lammert property and along its southeastward prolongation a distance of 140 feet, to its intersection with the southeastern line of property conveyed to Harry Lammert and Ethel Lammert by deed recorded in Book 2083, page 48 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office. said southeastern line being the northwestern line of property conveyed to Gustov Riepl and Bessie Riepl, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 1573, page 502 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence northeastwardly along the northwestern line of said Riepl property, a distance of 60 feet to a point, said point being distant 55.4 feet southwestwardly of the northernmost corner of said Riepl property; thence southeastwardly along a line being 235 feet northeastwardly of and parallel to the southeastern line of said Riepl property and along its southeastward prolongation, a distance of 200 feet to its intersection with the southeastern line of property conveyed to Alphonse J. Lammert and Margaret M. Lammert, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 1603, Page 314 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along said southeastern line and along its southwestward prolongation to its intersection with the aforementioned southwestern line of Forder Road, 75 feet wide; thence southeastwardly along said southwestern line of Forder Road, 75 feet wide, to its intersection with the southeastern line of property conveyed to Matt Baraba and Lois Evelyn Baraba, his wife, by deed recorded in Book 6746, Page 328 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along said southeastern line, a distance of 180 feet; thence northwestwardly along a line being 180 feet southwestwardly of and parallel to said southwestern line of Forder Road, 75 feet wide, to its intersection with the southeastern line of property con- veyed to Donald N. Spicer, a single person, by deed recorded in Book 7104, Page 2160 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly along the southeastern line of said Spicer property and along its southwestward prolongation to its intersection with the aforementioned northeastern line of Lot 3 in said "SUBDIVISION OF THE MEHLER ESTATE"; thence northwestwardly along said northeastern line of Lot 3 to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 17, 1981.
