AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for emergency sewer repairs, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such project
at 19th and Ferry Streets, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for emergency sewer repairs together with repayment
of the cost of Engineering, Inspection, and Miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such project at 19th and Ferry
Streets, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 17, 1981.
