AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) from the Emergency Fund for
additional costs for emergency sewer repairs at 19th and Ferry
Streets, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency Fund for
additional costs for emergency sewer repairs at 19th and Ferry
Streets, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 17, 1981.
