AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-one Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($31,200.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the
construction of a retaining wall, together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in 78 N. Gore (S-1476, C-766A), in the City of Webster Groves,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, has
agreed to contribute one-half (1/2) of the total costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-one Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($31,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for the construction of a retaining wall,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in 78 N. Gore (S-1476, C-766A) ,
in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 24, 1981.
