AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc., for the construction of a retaining wall in 78 N. Gore (S-
1476, C-766A), in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a retaining wall in 78
N. Gore (S-1476, C-766A), in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to
bids received and opened on the 26th day of May, 1981, and
formally executed on the 2nd day of June, 1981, by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 24, 1981.
