AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Twelve Thousand
Dollars ($212,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of a storm channel, together with repayment of
the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Leith Avenue Extension (S-1436, C-800), in the City of Woodson
Terrace, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Woodson Terrace, Missouri,
pursuant to the Housing and Com#unity Development Act of 1974, has
agreed to contribute one-half (1/2) of the total costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Twelve Thousand
Dollars ($212,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the construction of a storm channel, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Leith Avenue Extension (S-1436, C-800),
in the City of Woodson Terrace, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 24, 1981.
