AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Suburban Tree
Service, Inc. for the cleaning and reshaping of storm water creeks
in the Gravois Creek Watershed (C-814), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Suburban Tree Service, Inc. as the lowest
bidder, for the cleaning and reshaping of storm water creeks in
the Gravois Creek Watershed (C-814), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 18th day of June,
1981, and formally executed on the 23rd day of June, 1981, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 24, 1981.
