AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bennish &
Bommarito Construction Company, Inc. for the cleaning and
reshaping of storm water creeks in the Maline Creek Watershed (C-
815), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bennish & Bommarito Construction Company,
Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder, for the cleaning and
reshaping of storm-water creeks in the Maline Creek Watershed (C-
815), in St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the
18th day of June, 1981, and formally executed on the 23rd day of
June, 1981, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 24, 1981.
