AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lots and of
the Resubdivision of Lots 5 and 6 of Clermont, a subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement recorded in Book 7299, Pages 2456 and 2457 and lying
in Lots "A" and "B" of the Resubdivision of Lots 5 and 6 of
Clermont, as recorded in Plat Book 204, Page 39 of the St.
Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 1, 1981.
