AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Thousand Six Hundred
Thirty-seven Dollars ($4,637.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to pay one-half
(1/2) of the cost of riprap work on the Clayton Road Improvements
Project from Warson Road to Lindbergh Boulevard, in the City of
Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project is a cooperative venture between
the District and the City of Ladue, Missouri, wherein each party
will contribute one-half (1/2) of the total cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Six Hundred
Thirty-seven Dollars ($4,637.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to pay one-half (1/2) of the cost of riprap work on the
Clayton Road Improvements Project from Warson Road to Lindbergh
Boulevard, in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 1, 1981.
