AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-two Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($22,200.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Charges
Account to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of expenses incurred by the District in
connection with such construction project known as Caulks Creek
Sanitary Sewers & Laterals (P-10903), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-two Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($22,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee
Fee Connection Charges Account to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers, together with repayment of expenses incurred by
the District in connection with such construction project known as
Caulks Creek Sanitary Sewers & Laterals (P-10903), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 8, 1981.
