AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Caulks Creek Sanitary Sewers & Laterals (P-10903), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Caulks Creek Sanitary Sewers & Laterals (P-10903), in St. Louis
County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 9th day of
June, 1981, and formally executed on the 16th day of June, 1981,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 8, 1981.
