AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm sewers in Webster
Acres (S-1515, C-804), in the City or Webster Groves, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Webster Acres (S-1515, C-804) , in the City of Webster Groves,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 29th day of June,
1981, and formally executed on the 7th day of July, 1981, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 22, 1981.
