AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in 4700 Don Ron
Dr. (S-1696, C-798), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in 4700
Don Ron Dr. (S-1696, C-798), in St. Louis County, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 6th day of July, 1981, and formally
executed on the 21st day of July, 1981, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 29, 1981.
