AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 10 and 11 of Berry Oaks Subdivision, in the City of Glendale,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested the District to vacate the portions of the subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of the sewer easements in
Lots 10 and 11 of Berry Oaks Subdivision, in the City of Glendale,
in St. Louis County, Missouri, described below are hereby vacated,
to wit:
The northwestern 85.85 feet of a five (5) foot easement along the
southwest line of Lot 11 and a five (5) foot easement along
the northeast line of Lot 10 of Berry Oaks Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 62 of the St. Louis County
records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 5, 1981.
