AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-332 with James B. Becker
Consulting Engineers for engineering services for the final design
plan for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict No. 247
(DeSmet Florland), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the District requires consulting assistance
for the engineering of said plans,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-332 with James B.
Becker Consulting Engineers for engineering services for the final
design plans for the construction of storm sewers in Subdistrict
No. 247 (DeSmet-Florland), in the City of Florissant, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Director of Legal Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 1981.
