AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek for
engineering services for the construction of storm sewers in East
Breckenridge Storm Sewer, E-317, in the Village of Breckenridge
Hills, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
for engineering services for the construction of storm sewers in
East Breckenridge Storm Sewer, E-317, in the Village of
Breckenridge Hills, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 1981.
