AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Hundred Eighty and
32/100 Dollars ($580.32) from the General Fund of the District for
reimbursement to the participating property owners proportionate
shares of the costs for the construction of a sanitary sewer in
Skyline Acres, Plat 1 (S-576), in the City of Black Jack,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, eleven or twelve property owners propor-
tionately financed the construction of the aforesaid sanitary
sewer, and
WHEREAS, the non-participating property owner now
wishes to connect to said sewer, and has paid his proportionate
share of the construction costs to the District, said share to be
distributed by the District to the original participating property
owners on a pro rata basis,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Eighty and 32/100
Dollars ($580.32) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of
the District for reimbursement to the participating property
owners proportionate share of the costs for the construction of a
sanitary sewer in Skyline Acres, Plat 1 (S-576), in the City of
Black Jack, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 1981.
