AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 12 of Buckley Meadows No. 4, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested the District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit:
The northernmost fifty-seven (57) feet of a ten (10) foot
easement, the centerline of which is located thirty-one (31)
feet plus or minus west of the east line of Lot 12 of Buckley
Meadows No. 4, in St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in
Plat Book 96, Page 90 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 19, 1981.
