AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 6 of St. Regis Place Plat Two, in the Village of Bel Ridge,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate such portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for such portion of
the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The southernmost ninety (90) feet of a five foot wide
easement along the western line of Lot 6 of St. Regis Place
Plat Two, in the Village of Bel Ridge, St. Louis County,
Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 84 of the St.
Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 19, 1981.
