AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
City Block 5773 in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. That portion of sewer easement in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri, as described below is hereby vacated,
to wit:
Commencing at a point, said point being the point of intersection
of the southern right-of-way line of Fyler Avenue and
the eastern right-of-way line of Maury Avenue in City
Block 5773, St. Louis, Missouri; thence along the
eastern right-of-way line of Maury Avenue South 8o 33'
30" West, 250 feet to the northern line of the existing
10 foot wide sewer easement, recorded in Book 8781,
Page 369 of the Recorder of Deeds office of the City of
St. Louis, Missouri; thence along the northern line of
said 10 foot wide sewer easement South 83o 09' 30"
East, 200 feet to the point of beginning; thence South
83o 09' 30" East, 450.15 feet; thence South 8o 40' 30"
West, 10.01 feet; thence North 83o 09" 30" West, 10.01
feet; thence North 83o 09' 30" West, 449.83 feet;
thence North 6o 50' 30" East, 10 feet to the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 19, 1981.
