AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Fractional
Section 19, Township 45 North, Range 4 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement in Fractional Section 19, Township 45 North, Range 4
East, in St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in
Book 7301, Page 156 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 26, 1981.
