AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
General Construction, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Subdistrict No. 544 (Mason & Thornhill) C-834, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra General Construction, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Subdistrict No. 544 (Mason & Thornhill) C-834, in St.
Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 10th day of
August, 1981, and formally executed on the 18th day of August,
1981, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 2, 1981.
