HomeMy Public PortalAbout04490 O R D I N A N C E NO. 4490 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 548 (Telegraph & Pioneer) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 548 (Telegraph & Pioneer). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 548 (Telegraph & Pioneer) shall be as follows: TELEGRAPH & PIONEER Beginning at the intersection of the east line of Telegraph Road and the northeast corner of property conveyed to St. Louis County Highway Department as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds, Book 7158, Page 0149, said point being in the north line of property conveyed to Jules Bushes as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds, Book 6869, Page 2246, said point also being in the south line of Lot 2 of TEL-HAVEN SUBDIVISION as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds, Plat Book 89, Page 48; thence eastwardly along the south line of the TEL-HAVEN SUBDIVISION a distance of 752.15' to the northeast corner of property conveyed to Aniceto Cichelero and Maggie Cichelero, his wife, as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds, Book 7298, Page 2307; thence southwardly along the east line of property conveyed to Aniceto Cichelero and Maggie Cichelero, his wife, a distance of 300' to the centerline of a private road known as Pioneer Drive 30' wide; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Pioneer Drive, a distance of 27.85' to a point; thence southwardly 255' to a point in the south line of property conveyed to James Peter Hafner, Jr., as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds, Book 6779, Page 1960, said point being 90' east of the southwest corner of said Hafner property; thence westwardly along a line being parallel with the south line of TEL-HAVEN SUBDIVISION, as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds, Plat Book 89, Page 48, a distance of 630' to the northeast corner of property conveyed to Gerald J. Lipsinsky and Sharon E. Lipsinsky, his wife, as recorded in St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds, Book 6807, Page 1184; thence southwardly along the east line of said property to the southeast corner of said property a distance of 200'; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lipsinsky property a distance of 186.51' to the intersection with the east line of Telegraph Road, as established by decree in condemnation, being Cause No. 426876 of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri; thence northwardly along the east line of Telegraph Road to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1981.
