AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Karsten
Equipment Company for the construction of storm sewers in Wallis
Avenue Storm Sewer (S-1494, C-818), in the City of Overland,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Karsten Equipment Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Wallis
Avenue Storm Sewer (S-1494, C-818), in the City of Overland,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 14th day of August,
1981, and formally executed on the 25th day of August, 1981, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1981.
