AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Towne-Country
Engineering and Construction Co., Inc., for the removal and
replacement of concrete pavement in Maintenance Paving Contract
1981-1982 (S-1690, C-828), at various locations in The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Service Area.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Towne-Country Engineering and Construction
Co., Inc., as the lowest responsible bidder, for the removal and
replacement of concrete pavement in Maintenance Paving Contract
1981-1982 (S-1690, C-828), at various locations in The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Service Area, pursuant to
bids received and opened on the 20th day of August, 1981, and
formally executed on the 25th day of August, 1981, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1981.
