AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract P-2 with Cusco U.S.A. Inc., for
purchase of two (2) sludge transport trucks for the collection of
sludge from various wastewater treatment facilities within the
Caulks Creek and Missouri River watersheds of the District,
Federal Project No. C291148-03.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OP TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract P-2 with Cusco U.S.A.
Inc., for purchase of two (2) sludge transport trucks for the
collection of sludge from various wastewater treatment facilities
within the Caulks Creek and Missouri River watersheds of the
District, Federal Project No. C291148-03.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of terms and conditions as are
approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1981.
