AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bennish &
Bommarito Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Town & Country Drive Sanitary Pump (S-1749, C-
835), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bennish & Bommarito Construction Company,
Inc., as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Town & Country Drive Sanitary Pump (S-1749, C-
835), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 21st day of August, 1981, and formally executed on the 1st day
of September, 1981, by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in
the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 23, 1981.
