AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Chambers and
Coburg Lands - Section 2, Phase 1 (S-1721, C-812), in the City of
Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Chambers and Coburg Lands - Section 2, Phase 1, (S-1721, C-812),
in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 27th day of August, 1981, and formally executed
on the 1st day of September, 1981, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 23, 1981.
