O R D I N A N C E NO. 4514
AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 2275, as adopted
March 16, 1972, by repealing Section Three thereof, and enacting a
new Section Three in lieu thereof, providing for the issuance of
unassignable script by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to any person seeking to discharge waters or liquid wastes which
have been removed and transported from any cesspool, septic tank,
sewage treatment plant, or industrial facility, into the
facilities of the District, effective January 1, 1982.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section Three of Ordinance No. 2275, as
adopted March 16, 1972, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. Section Three of Ordinance No. 2275 as
amended shall read as follows :
Section Three. No person shall discharge or cause to
be discharged such waters or liquid wastes at a designated point
of discharge without approved authorization in the form of
unassignable script issued by the District at the rate of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) per Five Hundred (500) gallons of waters or
liquid wastes. All applicants for unassignable script issued by
the District shall furnish the following information:
a) Name of person and address
b) St. Louis County Health Department Permit No.
c) Vehicle State License No.
d)Volume of wastes removed each year for the last three years; New applicants to submit an estimate of volume for the first year. e)No. of vehicles applicant has in collection service. Section Three. This ordinance shall take effect on January 1, 1982. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 23, 1981.
