AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of stormwater
improvements in St. Francois Bridge (S-1632, C-833), in the City
of Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of stormwater
improvements in St. Francois Bridge (S-1632, C-833), in the City
of Florissant, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of
September 1981, and formally executed on the 8th day of September,
1981, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 23, 1981.
