AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Towne-Country
Engineering & Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of
storm sewers in Goodale - South Milton Storm Sewer (P-10745, C-
813), in the City of Overland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Towne-Country Engineering & Construction
Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Goodale -
South Milton Storm Sewer (P-10745, C-813), in the City of
Overland, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of
September, 1981, and formally executed on the 8th day of
September, 1981, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 23, 1981.
