AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in Lot "E" of
Progress West, Plat No. 2, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said easement, and this District
has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement as described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The five (5) foot utility easement shown in Lot "E" of
Progress West, Plat No. 2, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
as recorded in Plat Book 120, Pages 66 and 67 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 23, 1981.
