AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 9
through 17 of Winheim Acres, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has re-
quested the District to vacate the subject easements and this
District has no further use for said subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer ease-
ments are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those sewer easements within Lots 9 through 17 of Winheim Acres,
in St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book
55, Page 53 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 7, 1981.
